Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United States only.

Free Shipping

We offer FREE standard shipping on orders of $50 or more (after discounts).

  • The $50 threshold is calculated based on the subtotal after discount(s) are applied.
  • Taxes are not included in the free shipping threshold.
  • If the subtotal falls below $50 after a discount code is applied, standard shipping rates will apply.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods (sales, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery Time

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has shipped:

  • Standard Shipping: typically 2–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping (if available): typically 1–3 business days

Delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or events outside our control.

Carriers & Tracking

We ship using major carriers such as USPS, UPS, and/or FedEx. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once we hand the package to the carrier, delivery is managed by the carrier and delays may occur.

  • We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as missing.
  • If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive it, please check with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier office first.
  • If the package is confirmed lost in transit, we will assist you in filing a carrier claim when applicable.
